Former D.C. Mayor Adrian Fenty took a job with Capgemini.
Herndon-based IT consulting firm Capgemini Government Solutions LLC has hired former D.C. Mayor Adrian Fenty as a strategic adviser.
It is at least the fourth job the former Mayor has taken on since leaving office.
At Capgemini, Fenty will counsel the company’s state and local government practice.
“Capgemini has the experience and capacity to help governments by implementing effective measures through an array of innovative IT solutions. I look forward to advising Capgemini on the challenges that state and local governments face,” Fenty said in a statement.
In February, Fenty was hired as an outside advisor by Arlington-based foreign language education software maker Rosetta Stone Inc.
In January, he signed on as an outside advisor and counsel with Philadelphia-based accounting firm Hellfer, Radetich & Saitta LLP, and joined New York-based Greater Talent Network, a public speakers agency whose clients include former U.S. Attorney General Janet Reno and Ben & Jerry’s co-founders Ben Cohen and Kerry Greenfield.
