Earlier this year, an unlikely couple — actor/comedian Michael Ian Black (liberal) and writer/blogger Meghan McCain (conservative) — embarked on a cross-country road trip to gather material for their forthcoming book, “Stupid for America,” which hits bookshelves next summer.
Despite their differences of opinion and long stretches spent in close quarters together in a car, it’s clear that the two made a good pair.
